1 1/2 lbs shrimp per person (medium peeled)
Black pepper

1/2 tsp Rosemary (optional) too much will make sweet.
1 large onion, finely sliced
2 gloves fresh garlic
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Lay shrimp in the bottom of a glass baking dish (can be slightly layered). Cover with black pepper (heavily), then cover with Lea & Perrins. Sprinkle with Rosemary. Mince garlic & onion. In sauce pan saute garlic & onion in a little bit of oil. Cover shrimp with garlic & onion mixture, then add big dots of butter. Let stand a few hours if time permits to marinate, but not required.
Bake at 350º until shrimp changes to the pink color. If the shrimp is layered, you need to stir occasionally.
Serve with a loaf of French bread and a salad for a good meal.
