1 lb ground turkey
8 oz cottage cheese
2 tbsp. taco seasoning
Lettuce, shredded
Jalapeņo, finely chopped
Onion, finely chopped
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground turkey.
Blend cottage cheese and taco seasoning until the consistency of sour cream.
Mix shredded lettuce, jalapeņo, and onion together.
Layer turkey, cottage cheese, lettuce, and salsa.

Very healthy dish. I have fooled several people thinking this is meat and sour cream. I often get lazy and don't layer - just mix it all up! Try it.
