1st layer:
1 butter pecan or yellow cake recipe
1 stick of melted butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2nd layer:
8 ounces of cream cheese
2 C. powered sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
1 stick of butter melted
3rd layer:
1 C. of pecans
Directions:
Directions:
mix together cake mix, melted butter, egg and vanilla, press into a 9x13 inch pan, do not grease ....
cream together the cream cheese, and powered sugar, add vanilla and melted butter. spread cream cheese mixture on to of cake mixture..
sprinkle pecans on top .....
bake at 325º for 50-55 minutes
