Ingredients sauce: Meatballs:
2 cans ( tuttarosa) crushed tomatoes 1lb chop meat
1 can ( tuttarosa) tomato paste 4 slices white bread
1 small onion 1 tsp garlic powder
4 garlic cloves 1 tsp salt
1c grated cheese (locatelli) 1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt 1 c finely chopped onion
1 tsp red pepper flakes (or onion powder)
2 t olive oil 1 c grated cheese
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot saute olive oil ,onion and garlic on very low heat until very tender. Add the 3 cans of tomato's. Add salt, pepper and grated cheese.
Cook on low heat for 4 to 8 hours.
Meatballs:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Put 4 tbsp into palm of hand and roll into balls.
Fry until half way done.
Place into pot of sauce and continue to cook with sauce.
