2 Chicken Broilers, Split into Halves
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Milk
1-2 Cups Shredded Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Lay chicken, skin-side down, in a large pan.

Mix together cream of mushroom soup, poultry seasoning, salt, and milk. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350º for about 1 1/2 hours until tender, turning once during baking. When chicken is tender, sprinkle with cheese and broil until cheese melts and chicken is slightly browned.
