3 cups (two 10 oz. pkgs.) frozen broccoli spears
2 cups chopped cooked leftover turkey or chicken
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 dry bread crumbs
1 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9-inch square baking dish. Set aside.

Cook broccoli as directed on package, drain well. Arrange broccoli in bottom of pan. Arrange turkey or chicken pieces on top of broccoli. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over meat.

In small bowl combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Pour over mozzarella cheese layer.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over soup mixture, to taste.

In small bowl combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle on top of dish. Bake, uncovered, 30 - 40 minutes or until heated through.

Dish can be made ahead and placed in fridge or frozen for later use. Defrost dish before placing in oven.
