1 jar orange marmalade
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. apple cider vinegar
1 T. minced garlic
1 tsp. onion powder
fresh orange juice from 1/2 orange
orange peel from 1 orange
2 T. honey
1/2 - 3/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Poultry or meat as desired
1 gallon size zip lock bag

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all marinade ingredients in small bowl until well combined. Place desired meat, either whole or cut up in zip lock bag. Pour sauce over meat. Place in fridge for 4 hours.

Meat can be grilled or sautéed in pan as desired. Serve over rice.
