1 graham cracker crust (9-inch)
chocolate mint ice cream (Blue Bell)
Cool Whip topping
dark chocolate, finely grated

Directions:
Allow ice cream to soften to where it can be easily scooped. Fill crust with ice cream. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with dark chocolate. Freeze until ready to serve.
