Ingredients:  
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 cups flour (keep 1/4 cup separated)
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. water
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 8oz. cream cheese.

Topping:
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon peel
2 T. cold butter

Directions:
Directions:
350º 35minutes

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add lemon peel. Combine flour and dry ingredients. Add to butter mixture alternating with milk. Roll blueberries in separated flour. Chunk cream cheese and spread on top of batter in 13 x 9 pan that has been greased or sprayed. Add blueberries.
Add topping while cake is still warm.
