1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3 T. apple cider vinegar
3 T. water
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 eggs
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
11/2 lbs. ground round
1/2 lb. bulk pork breakfast sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. In a small saucepan, place brown sugar, vinegar, water, mustard, and hot pepper sauce. Heat to boiling and set aside. Crack eggs into a mixing bowl and beat slightly. Stir in cracker crumbs, ketchup, milk, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Crumble beef and sausage into mixture and mix with your hands just until ingredients are combined. Put mixture into 9"x5" loaf pan and pour brown sugar mixture over meat. Bake for 50-55 minutes until loaf is firm and glazed. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
