1 pound link sausage
1 pound bulk sausage
2 cups diced celery
1 cup diced onion
2 envelopes Lipton noodle soup mix
1-1/2 cups rice, uncooked

1 can mushroom bits
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 cup chopped almonds
a bit of red pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Brown all sausage and pour off fat. Saute celery and onion Boil two quarts water and add Lipton soup mix and rice. Cook until rice is done. Combine all these ingredients.
Now add the last four ingredients--or as many of them as you like.
Place the mixture in a casserole dish and bake covered for one hour.
