1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
1 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1 can cr. of celery soup
1 C cooked rice
1 med. onion, finely chopped
3 large green peppers
6 tomato slices, cut 1/4 in. thick
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly brown pork and drain off drippings. Sprinkle salt an pepper over meat. Add celery soup, rice and onion and cook slowly 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cut green peppers in half lengthwise and remove membrane and seeds; cook in boiling salted water for 2 min; invert and drain thoroughly. Add meat to soup and rice mixture. Fill peppers with mixture and place on rack of roasting pan. Bake at 350º for 15 min. Salt and pepper tomato slices and place on top of peppers, top with Parmesan cheese and bake for another 15 minutes.
