Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 (3 oz.) pkg. Orange JELLO
1 cup boiling water
1 pint (2 cups) orange sherbert
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained well
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Completely dissolve JELLO in boiling water, add sherbert and mix well
Chill until partially set if needed, should be a little thicker than egg whites.
Add oranges and fold in whipped cream. Mix until whipped cream is incorporated.
Pour into shallow serving bowl or parfait glasses (does not do well in a ring mold) Garnish with orange slices. Chilling several hours or overnight is best. Use a large spoon to serve.
(I cut the oranges in half or thirds & save 5 or 6 for garnish on top)
