1 large tub (32 oz.) Plain yogurt- Greek yogurt or Mountain High is best. (Don't use low-fat)
1 or 2 med. cucumbers- chopped up small
2-4 cloves of fresh minced garlic, or to taste
1 tsp. dried dill (or more- to taste)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a medium bowl. Chill. At serving time drizzle with a small amount of olive oil.
