2 c. grits
1 1/2 qts. water
2 6 oz. rolls garlic cheese
1/2 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese, grated
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Cook grits in water. Add cheese, milk, eggs, margarine, salt and pepper. Pour into a buttered 4 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30-45 minutes or until set in the middle.(I found closer to an hour)

Can add 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar in place of Parmesan or add 1 cup of sour cream to existing recipe. Can be halved or frozen.
