1. Saute: 1 1/2 tbsp. crushed garlic
3 tbsp. minced onion
in 2 tbsp. olive oil
2. Add 2/3 C water
1 C (or small can) pineapple juice 3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 C teriyaki sauce 1 1/2 tbsp. bourbon
1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. crushed
1 1/3 C dark brown sugar pineapple
1/4 tsp. cayenne
pepper

Simmer for 40 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch and water solution. (1 tbsp. cornstarch & 1/2 C water)
