pork tenderloin or pork loin chops, slice 1" thick
Italian sausages, halved
potatoes, cut into large chunks
onions, sliced 1/2" thick
green peppers, sliced 1/2" thick

Directions:
Directions:
Place the pork and sausage in a large baking dish, and bake uncovered, at 350º for about 20 minutes. Add potatoes, onions, green peppers. Cover and bake until done, about 45 minutes more. You don't need to add liquid as it makes it's own.

OPTION: It's even better in a crockpot!

Put onions, peppers, potatoes in bottom of crockpot. Top with sausage and pork. Cook on low for 9 hours. Pork stays very moist.
