2 lbs beef tips (or lean beef cut into small chunks)
1 (10 1/2 oz) can beef consommé
1/3 c burgundy wine
2 T soy sauce
1/4 t onion salt
1/4 t garlic salt
1/4 t seasoned salt
2 T corn starch
1/4 c water
Hot, cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly cover bottom of skillet with cooking oil. Brown beef tips in skillet. Stir in consommé, wine soy sauce, and salts. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for one hour or until meat is tender. Blend corn starch and water; stir gradually into meat mixture. Cook and stir until mixture thickens, about 2 minutes. Serve over rice.
