1/3 cup soft butter,
1/2 cup sugar,
1 egg, beaten,
1 1/2 cups sifted flour,
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1/4 tsp. nutmeg,
1/2 cup milk.
Topping:
6 T. melted butter,
1/2 cup sugar,
1 tsp. cinnamon.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add egg, beat until smooth add to dry ingredients alternately with milk. Fill muffin tins 2/3rds. full. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, until light brown, do not over bake. After depanning roll each in butter and sugar-cinnamon mixture. Can be made as mini-muffins using miniature muffin tins.
