6 chicken breasts
1 bag shredded cabbage and carrots
1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1/2 cup toated sesame seeds
2 pkgs. dry Ramen noodles, chicken flavor
1 bunch green onions

Dressing (blend on high 30 seconds)
3/4 cup canola oil
1 T. sesame oil
6 T. rice vinegar
6 T. sugar
Pkg. seasonings from Ramen noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Bake chicken, covered, for 1 hour at 340 for 1 hour. Chop into cubes. Toss in large bowl with cabbage, onions, almonds, sesame seeds and broken dry Ramen noodles. Dress and mix well. Serve on lettuce leaves.
