Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My dearest friend, Savannah Hubbard, prepared a version of this salad at a party I attended, and I swear I could NOT get enough of it. I played with the recipe, adding my own touches, and came up with what I think is a definite winner. Including the grilled chicken makes it an amazing meal on its own! Naan, spread w/butter, topped w/Greek seasoning, and grilled is a great bread choice to serve with this!
