6 eggs, beaten ½ lb medium or wide egg noodles
½ lb butter ½ tsp salt
1 tablespoon vanilla ¼ lb cream cheese, softened
1 pint sour cream ½ cup raisins (optional)
1 lb farmer cheese ½ cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°. Butter or Pam baking dish. Boil noodles, drain and add butter. Blend cream cheese, sour cream and farmer cheese together. Add eggs, vanilla, salt, raisins and sugar to cheeses. Add to buttered noodles.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, lower heat to 375° and for 45-60 minutes or until lightly browned. This can be served warm or at room temperature.
