1 box instant vanilla pudding mix

4 eggs

1 bar German sweet chocolate, grated

1/2 C veg. oil

1/2 C water

1 - 8 oz carton sour cream

1/2 C chopped pecans

1 - 6 oz pkg. miniature chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350º

Combine all ingredients
Pour into a lightly greased tube or bundt pan

Bake for 55 minutes
