Streusel:
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup (packed) dark brown sugar
3 teas. cinnamon
3 Tbls melted butter

Cake:
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 (3.9 oz) pkg vanilla INSTANT pudding mix
2 Tbls oil
1 and 1/3 cups water
2 eggs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Spray bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine streusel ingredients and set aside.
In a large bowl blend cake mix, pudding mix, oil, water and eggs. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
(First Layer) Spread 1/3 batter in the bottom of greased bundt pan. Sprinkle 1/2 streusel over first layer of batter and smooth it out.
(Second Layer) Spread 1/3 batter over first layer of streusel. Sprinkle second half of streusel over the batter and smooth it out.
(Third Layer) Spread the final layer of batter over second layer of streusel.
Bake 40 - 50 minutes until tester comes out clean. Cool right-side-up in the bundt pan for approx 25 minutes.
When the cake is completely cooled, drizzle a glaze mixture of confectioner's sugar and whole milk over the top.
