1/4 cup butter, divided
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
2 cups milk
1/4 lb Velveeta, cut into cubes
1 (8oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and divided
2 tbsp seasoned dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 3 tbsp of the butter in a large saucepan on low heat. Blend in flour and salt; cook and stir for 1 minute. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly until thick. Add Velveeta and 1 1/2 cups of the shredded cheese; stir until melted.
Stir in cooked macaroni.
Pour in a lightly greased 1 1/2 qt dish.
Melt remaining 1 tbsp of butter; toss with bread crumbs. Sprinkle casserole with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and bread crumb mix.
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
