1 Large package lime jello
2 cups boiling water
1 package small marshmallows ( white or colored)
1 pint whipping cream (u may substitute cool whip)
1 small package cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapples ( DO NOT DRAIN)
Directions:
Directions:
Disolve jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Disolve marshmallows in the other 1 cup of boiling water.When they are disolved combined the two mixtures and chill until syrupy. Whip the cream (or add the kool whip to cream cheese and Whip together, add pineapple and juice. Combined both mixtures together pour into mold and chill takes a few hours to set.

Very refreshing , we have this every Thanksgiving , my family enjoys it with dinner. I also enjoy it as a desert.
