1 Peck Tomatoes
6 Large onions
4 Green (Sweet) Peppers
4 Cloves Garlic
4 Large cans Tomato Paste
1 Bay Leaf
1 Bunch Celery
2 T. Parsley
2 C. Cooking Oil
8 T. Salt
1 1/4 C. Sugar
1 T. Oregano
1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
1 tsp. Basil

Directions:
Peel skins from tomatoes (easiest to put in sink with boiling water for a few minutes). In large pan, cook everything but tomato paste until tender. Cool slightly then put through blender. Add tomato paste. Reheat & put in hot jars. Process in hot water bath for 15-20 minutes.
