4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. milk
1 c. french vanilla half and half
1 c. flaked coconut
freshly grated nutmeg
1 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º - beat eggs and add sugar, salt and vanilla extract - gradually add in milk, half 'n half and 1/2 c. coconut. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c. of coconut and grate fresh nutmeg over the top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
