1 angle food cake or can be substituted w/plain pound cake
1 16oz. Cool Whip (do not use lite Cool Whip)
1 10x box of powdered sugar
1 large can of evaporated milk (Carnation)
1 16oz. sour cream
2 10oz. pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 16 oz. pkg. strawberry glaze
1 large can crushed pineapple drained or pineapple tidbits(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut angle cake into chunks or tear into pieces by hand, and set aside.

Mix together cool whip, sour cream, canned milk and powdered sugar in a large bowl and set aside.

Combine in another bowl the frozen strawberries, glaze and pineapple(if using)
Use punchbowl or another type large glass container for assembling the ingredients. The punch bowl is great for a lovely appearance of dessert.

Place one layer of angle food cake chunks
Lightly cover with strawberry mixture
Next pour (or spoon) a layer of cream mixture
Repeat above steps in ordered and finish with cream mixture as topping.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving (best if made the day before).

The punch bowl cake can be served "as is" or is pretty garnished with fresh strawberries with their tops.
