Ice cubes
2 or 3 bunches red or green grapes, frozen
3 c white grape juice
1 bottle sparkling water
Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Select 4 tumblers or wineglasses. Put several ice cubes and 6 frozen grapes in each glass. Pour 3/4 c of the grape juice over the ice, then top with about 1/4 c of the sparkling water. Garnish each glass with a mint sprig and serve at once.
