11/2 lbs sausage (can be any kind)
12 oz. mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 frozen pizza/bread dough thawed
1 egg yolk to glaze top

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sausage into small pieces and fry. Drain.
Beat eggs, add cheddar cheese, parsley, and mozzarella cheese.
Roll out pizza/bread dough to 14" diameter.
Add cooked sausage, leaving about 1" around the edge,
Add mozzarella, parley, and cheddar mixture.
Roll up like a jelly roll and pinch edges. Shape like a wide U.
Put on greased cookie sheet seam side down.
Beat egg yolk and 2 tsp water. Brush dough with this and bake in over at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
