1 taza de sirope de maíz
1/2 taza de agua
1/2 taza de almendras picadas
1/2 taza de pecanas picadas
1/2 taza de nueces picadas
1/2 taza de cacahuetes picados
1/4 taza de mantequilla
2 cucharaditas de levadura química
1 1/2 cucharaditas de levadura química

Directions:
Hervir a fuego medio/bajo en un cazo, el azúcar, el sirope y el agua sin dejar de remover hasta que alcance los 115°. Mezclar las nueces y la mantequilla. Cocer sobre fuego medio hasta los 150°. Quitar del fuego. Añadir la levadura y la vainilla. Verterlo rápidamente sobre papel de horno engrasado, extendiéndolo lo más posible con una espátula de metal. Dejar que se enfríe. Cortar en trozos y guardarlos en un recipiente hermético de plástico.
