1 pint oysters w/ liquor drained and reserved
2 cups saltine crackers
1/2 cup melted butter 3/4 cup half & half
3 Tbs. parsley
tabasco to taste
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper

Directions:
Mix cracker and butter. Place 1/3 of cracker mixture on bottom of buttered baking dish. Cover with 1/2 of the oysters. Add salt and pepper. Repeat layer covering it with the last 1/3 of the crackers. Mix sauce combining half & half, oyster liquor, parsley, Worcestershire, salt and tabasco sauce. Pour over top. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
