1 6 OUNCE PKG WAKEFIELD SNOW CRAB MEAT
2 T BUTTER
3 T FLOUR
1/2 CUP MILK
1/2 CUP HALF AND HALF
1/4 CUP WHITE WINE
1/2 CUP GRADED MILD CHEDDAR CHEESE
1/2 TEA SALT
1/8 PAPRIKA
1 2 OUNCE CAN MUSHROOM DRAINED
1 1/2 TEA CHIVES OR GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED
2 1/2 T DRY BREAD CRUMBS

THAW CRABMEAT AND RETAIN LIQUID. PLACE BUTTER IN SAUCE PAN ON MED HEAT. STIR IN FLOUR. GRADUALLY STIR IN MILK HALF AND HALF AND CRAB JUICE. COOK STIRRING CONSTANTLY OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL SAUCE IS SMOOTH AND THICK. STIR IN CHEESE IS MELTED. FOLD IN CRABMEAT. POUR MIXTURE INTO WELL GREASED 1 QUART CASSEROLE. TOP WITH BREAD CRUMBS. PLACE IN 400 DEGREE OVEN AND BAKE 15 MIN UNTIL TOP IS GOLDEN.
