16 oz Dungeness crab meat
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 Tbls. chopped fresh cilantro
1 onion, finely diced
1 oz. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 Tbls. mayonnaise
2 whole eggs
Red pepper coulis (recipe below)
2 Tbls. sour cream, warm

Pepper Coulis:
2 red bell peppers
2 yellow bell peppers
2 Tbls. olive oil
2 Tbls. chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 8 ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. Divide into eight equal parts and shape each into a patty. Pan fry over medium heat in butter until golden brown. REmove from pan and drain on absorbent paper towel. Spoon each coulis on plates. Place two cakes in center of each plate.

Pepper Coulis:
Rub peppers with oil and roast peppers over a hot flame until the skins turn black. Plunge into ice water. Remove skins from peppers. Puree the 2 reds with 1 Tbls. of chicken broth, then do the same with the yellows. You will have two Coulis, Red and Yellow. To be served on the sides of each crabcake.
