Serves one

2 Cups small sized Fusilli, cook in rapidly salted boiling water

5 Shitake Mushrooms, remove stems, slice thickly
3 Cipollini onions, quarter
2 slices Bacon, cut into one inch pieces
1 T Olive oil
1/4 Sweet Vermouth
1/4 Cream
1 T Dried oregano
1/2 C chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Saute pan, Heat 1 T olive oil and 1 T dried oregano
Add Bacon, onions, 10 minutes
Add slice mushrooms 5 more minutes
Add 1/4 C vermouth, 2 minutes high heat
Add 1/4 C cream, 2 minutes, lower heat
Add fresh parsley, toss and serve immediately over fusilli
Salt, freshly ground pepper, fresh grated Parmesan

Note: You can substitute the pasta for whatever you like. You can also substitute the cipollini for other sweet onions but I think Cipollini has a distinct taste.
