1 box Duncan Hines Chocolate Cake Mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and mix well. Grease and flour a sheet cake pan (8 1/2 x 12) (I use Pam spray) Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes

ICING:
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 small container Cool Whip
Mix all together and put on top of cake after it has cooled. Use 3 medium-sized Hershey bars, shaved into small piece, put on top of cake and refrigerate.
