2 pkgs. dry yeast
3 cups warm water
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/4 cup sugar
10 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water; mix in oil, eggs, salt, and sugar. Stir. Add flour. Knead. Place dough in greased bowl; turn dough over. Let rise until double. Punch down; Knead. Cover and let rise again, until double. Shape into five loaves. Bake in greased pans at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

This is the bread made by a local restaurant here in Central Illinois. I've never been able to get it to come out as good as that in the restaurant, but maybe somebody else will have better luck!
