1 box yellow cake mix
1 c sugar
1 c sour cream
1 can (1 lb 4 oz) crushed pineapple
1 large pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 12oz container of Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake as directed on package in a 13 x 9 pan. Cool slightly. Poke holes in top of cake with a large fork.

Combine undrained pineapple with sugar and boil 2
minutes. Pour over cake. Make pudding as directed then fold in sour cream. Spread over cooled cake. Top with cool whip. Sprinkle with coconut and chopped nuts.
