3 c. Crushed Ritz Crackers (save 3/4 c.)
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter - melted
2 small pkgs. instant pudding - any flavor (our favorite is milk chocolate)
1 1/2 c. milk
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Small container of Whipped Cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Ritz Cracker crumbs, sugar and butter and press in bottom of 13X9" pan, set aside.
Mix instant pudding and milk until set, add ice cream. Pour over cracker mixture.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs on top.
Keep refrigerated
