8 slices bacon - cut
1 c. chopped onion
4 c. potatoes - cleaned and cubed (about 5 -6)
Water (to cover potatoes)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Directions:
Fry bacon crisp - remove bacon and saute onion in drippings. Remove onion and drain on paper towel. Cook potatoes in water. After cooked add soup, onion, bacon pieces, sour cream, milk and seasonings (save some of the bacon to crumble on top) Simmer - DO NOT BOIL
