2 cans of black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
1 can whole kernel corn, rinsed and drained
1 green pepper chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes (for variety try the tomatoes with lime and cilantro) or with j. peppers
1 onion, purple is best, chopped
8 oz. bottle Zesty Italian dressing

Mix all ingredients together and chill in the refrigerator.
