3 c flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp soda
2 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1 c nuts, chopped
2 c chopped bananas
15 oz crushed pineapple
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 sm can coconut
Frosting:
1 stick margarine
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix with a spoon. Put in a bundt pan and bake 60 minutes at 350º.
Frosting: Mix oleo, vanilla, cream cheese, and powdered sugar and drizzle over cake.
