2 lbs hash brown potato
1 pint sour cream
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp margarine
10-3/4 oz canned cream of celery soup
1 sm onion
1/4 tsp pepper
8 oz corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup and sour cream. Fold into the potatoes along with the onion, cheese, salt, and pepper. Spread into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350º. Remove from oven and sprinkle 1 cup crumbled corn flakes over the top and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
