3 c. rice crispies cereal
7 whole honey graham crackers
2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup light corn syrup
3 tsp margarine
1/2 c. of peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)

Spray a 13 x 9 inch glass pan (or microwave safe) with cooking spray. Place 6 whole graham crackers in a single layer in the pan. Cut remaining cracker to fit remainder of bottom. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over crackers and microwave on high 1 min. or until they are puffy. Let cool completely. In 2 quart microwave safe bowl mix chocolate, corn syrup, and margarine. Microwave 1 1/2 mins or until chocolate can be stirred smooth. Stir in peanut butter and add the rice crispies. Mix until evenly coated. Spread mixture evenly over cooled marshmallows. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut in bars and serve.
