2 tbsp olive oil
2 chicken breasts cut up in small cubes
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 small onion chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
2 (15 oz) cans chicken broth
1 (15 oz) can corn undrained
1 (15 oz) can Mexican-stewed tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can black beans (drained and rinsed)

In soup pot cook chicken in olive oil. Add onion and minced garlic to pot and cook 4 mins. Mix in all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins. Serve with garnished with sour cream and tortilla chips.
