1 packaged yellow cake mix
2 eggs
2 cups boiled squash (zucchini is best, but any variety can be used)
1 - 12-oz. can pet milk
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Boil peeled squash and mash like potatoes; measure out 2 cups. Add all ingredients and stir. Pour batter into a greased 9 X 13 baking dish. Bake at 350º until golden brown - approximately 45-50 minutes.

Boiled squash can be frozen in 2 cup measures for future use.
