1 pkg. Yellow Cake Mix.
1 stick Butter or Margarine.
3 Eggs.
1 box Confectioners Sugar.
1 (8 oz). pkg. Cream Cheese (room temperature).

Directions:
Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan.
Add melted butter and 1 beaten egg to cake mix. Mix well. The dough will be stiff. Press into the buttered pan and up the sides until 1/2 " thick (as a pie shell). In bowl beat 2 eggs. Add room temperature cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Beat until creamy smooth and thick. Pour over cake. Bake 350º for 35 minutes. Cool slightly but be sure to cut into squares while still warm.
