3 bunches hearts of romaine
4 oz. goat cheese
milk and lemon juice to make creamy
bacon.

Spread the romaine over a platter evenly. Blend softened goat cheese with a little milk and a little more fresh lemon juice to make creamy and to taste. Don't be afraid to experiment with the lemon juice, adding more if desired. Pour over lettuce. Sprinkle with crisp, crumbled bacon.
