1 pound boneless skinless chicken, cut into strips
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
1T oil
1 can (8 ounce) stewed tomatoes
1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp.salt
1/4 tsp pepper
minute rice or spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir chicken, onions and green peppers in hot oil in large skillet until lightly browned. Next add tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Meanwhile prepare 4 servings of rice or spaghetti as directed on package. Serve chicken and vegetable over rice or spaghetti.
